Guests can check-in from 2.00pm. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of one night stay with breakfast is required at the time of the check-in. Guests are to check-out by 11.00am on the last day of their stay.

Reception's opening hours: 24 hours a day by telephone or by agreement

Breakfast: 8.00am– 10.00am.

Quiet hours: 10.00pm – 6.00am



Our farmhouse is a renovated structure. Guests are kindly asked not to move or damage artworks and interior decorations designed for accomodation and guest stay. Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage they cause and will be deprived of the deposit paid in advance. Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guests leave the premises . It is forbidden to sleep in sleeping bags, as clean bed linen is provided for a comfortable sleep at night.



Please be considerate to other guests and treat them as you would like to be treated. A guest may receive visitors in the common rooms. No overnight unregistered animals and guests who haven't paid for the stay are allowed.



Fire precautions and maps indicating all emergency exits are attached to the walls. Guests are asked to acquaint themselves with the location of the fire alarm and fire extinguishers, to follow the rules of the fire precuations and respect the instructions of the hotel staff. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the guest rooms and all enclosed common areas. In case of setting the fire alarm off on purpose without any real reason or because of smoking, cooking etc., in rooms where the latter is forbidden, the person responsible for the accident covers the cost of the firemen's intervention and will be deprived of the deposit paid in advance.



The owner of the farmhouse has the right to perform the supervision. The owners are entitled to check if house regulations are being followed in any moment and anywhere on the premises without guest's permission.



An INTERDICTION is imposed in the event that a guest is in breach of the house rules and the owners reserve the right to institute neccesary action:

1. deprivation of the deposit,

2. ban from the premises,

3. temporary dispossession of objects,

4. removal from the premises,

5. start with the procedure for establishing the responsability,

6. demand for payment of the damage costs and loss of income due to caused damage.
